Hi Damon --

I received the \"Out of the Red\" book and have been slowly taking in the avant-garde photos within. I never win anything, so I was thrilled to have a winning entry for a giveaway that is entirely within my interests.

A new generation of photographers (as artists) has emerged in China within the last 15 years or so, in a society that treated the medium purely as a documentarian\'s tool. The resulting photos are fascinating for their creativity, as well as their shared style.

Thanks, and keep up the good work!
