If you are in Chicago, The Museum Of Contemporary Photography, is “the only museum in the Midwest with an exclusive commitment to the medium of photography”
Not only a couple of exhibitions opening Aug.18th, but some excellents events with panels, speakers, etc.

The Museum is free and open to the public
Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm
Thursday until 8pm, and Saturday from 12 to 5pm
