And it seems USA today has picked up on it also.
Yes, we all know image manipulation happens . Heck , we do it all the time thanks to the tools available to us in Photoshop.

And of course you are aware that sometimes the great ” documentary ” image is possibly a posed image that was set-up to relay a particular sentiment or message.
Whew, not bursting any bubbles then.
No, this is not an expose or tabloid fodder (for some maybe). Perhaps just an article that highlights what you see, and what to believe. It happens in moving images for sure, but a LOT easier in the 2D world.
But you knew that. And actually you knew not just that fact, but most likely , how to achieve it. It all depends how you use it, right?
Hmmm..I wonder if this will spike the sales of Photoshop CS2 ?
