j’ai lu dans la salle d’attente de mon mÃ©decin un reportage dans Match sur un voyage en Ã©thiopie de Mr SÃ©bastiao, celÃ m’a bouleversÃ©e, je ne connaissais pas ce monsieur , les photos Ã©taient trop belles ainsi que les commentaires, j’aimerais savoir s’il existe un livre de ce pÃ©riple “des vrais chrÃ©tiens” merci ……..

Damn. I wish he shot with Nikon. The Leica S2 is better though very expensive. I know James Nachtwey shoots with Canon, but I figured Salgado for a Nikon guy. I’m more a fan of Nikon. Oh well. I do like some of the Canon glass.

Thanks for this wonderful piece on my favorite photographer. A world near extinction indeed. I have seen the Genesis slideshow which seems otherworldy, and Jonathan’s music is an absolutely wonderful addition too.
