Whoa! Why is my still image moving?

How do like to view your photography?

The image is the thing. Period. End of story.

BUT…(you knew there was a but coming) are there not other ways to get your photographic enjoyment? You bet there is.

Whether music is background in a gallery, or to a slide show, it can and will affect your perception.
The editing , transitions, screen appearance will all change what you see.

Maybe it’s about the purity of image,or perhaps a behind the scenes look at how it happened.

Yeah, I know that YouTube video is a bit shabby, but we are using it make a point. And a way to ensure our global audience being able to screen it.

Isn’t that what you wanted? More choices?

Here is simple slide show with an intriguing soundtrack. ( you should click to see the higher quality images on Loretta Lux’s website )

Or you may want a documentary about a photographer, like David LaChapelle.
!please be aware that this next video contains nudity. do not view if you would be offended.!

Maybe you just need a simple set of nice images, to break up your day.

The last video is not a challenge, but it could be just what you wanted to see to break up your day.

Isn’t cool that with all that we have at our disposal, another language appears?

The best we’ve seen is the series of podcasts on Magnum In Motion. Run, do not walk, to this site and look at some of the most beautiful examples of this concept.
Subcribe to the podcasts and you will not be disappointed.

What would you do?

Cheers!
