He rides on his reputation to “make” new stars, curiously, he utilises all his advertising background talent to inflate the price of newly aquired works, for his own financial benefit of course, the benefit for the artist is that his or her name will be on the spotlgith as a result of this, but the ammount of talent is always questionable, wether is Damien Bollocks or Tracy Crap, I live in England and move in the local art scene and we know him here as Mr Charles “The Emperor New Clothes” Saatchi.
