Go East, young man, Go East.

Or is that West??

Whatever, we are heading East to NYC for a bit to see what we can see. If everyone hasn’t split for the Hamptons, or Fire Island , or wherever, we’ll be scouring the city to find out what’s in the galleries and museums in NYC, one the greatest cities in the world for photography.

Did forget to mention that along with the new D3 from Nikon, there is a new [photopress:25432_45.jpg,full,alignright] D300. Lots of the same features and technologies that will make those of us with D200′s jump in. Is my old glass now the same focal lengths it was? Live view, but not much movement in the megapixel race.

So when can I get this? November?

And there is work being done while we fly. Some new features coming for you in the GALLERY for you, and just discovered some technology that has been exactly what we’ve been looking for on another new addition, for over 2 years. Before this was born. Hopefully when introduced it will be something that will tweak you and present a service in a very cool visual way.
Not sure if that description did a THING for you. But the presentation we saw was blow away.

Well, back to packing and making a list of places to go.

Have a hang on the FORUM, and we’ll be back in a day. Oh and keep letting us know when there is objectionable material on the forum.
We’re trying to keep up with it but MAN, they are persistent.
