So it hit me, that lens I linked.. It is FX. Do you know what effect that might have on my DX camera?

Realizing that may be a problem or make it not quite worth the money I looked at Nikon’s only DX macro… And in research found this lens to be preferred by Ken Rockwell and others:

Seems like you have a pretty great collection of gear, already! We do not have the 200mm micro, But do have a an older Nikon macro. Perhaps we can try some shots using that set-up.

I got a 3100 first, but when I went back for a 35mm lens – I left with a D7000. And it has been awesome.

I’m really getting into it, as far as just some guy with not enough money to spend LOL. I have a 3100, 7000, five lenses, reverse ring, magnifier clip on lens..

That’s what I really, really want :D Bit pricey though. Do you have one, or could you aquire/rent one and do an article on it – some sample pictures on that 7000 with the built in flash, perhaps ;)
