    So now that we are firmly ensconced in the world of digital photography,
    What should we do with our film cameras? Ideas?

    If anyone out there has lf cameras gathering dust they want to get rid off I'll be happy to take them off your hands. :) Not all of us have totally given up on film.

    At Photoplus there was one of the biggest lines for Kodak FILM! Now was this just because it was free? or because lots more folks than you may think are shooting film.

    I say shoot digital at work and shoot film at home. Don't let film die, it's such a beautiful thing!

    What to do with film cameras? Continue using them. I really enjoy the experience of using as well as the end result of my Leica M6 and Rolleiflex TLR. Treasures in my opinion. Perhaps digital capture would be as meditative for me as film, however, I am very happy with what I have.

    I have started the MYP (Mentor a Young Photographer) Program in Denver, Colorado and have been using donated film cameras to distribute to interested young photographers. Of course, the cameras need to be fully functional, and it's incredibly rewarding to see the students "grow in the field".
