Holiday Gift Guide 2025 – Part 6! Toughest Camera to Find This Season!
When I first heard about this cool little camera, I wanted to grab one.
At a price point of about $30, what a perfect little stocking stuffer or cool retro camera. OK, the price has gone up to $35, since I put it into my cart at BH to be fair.
And by cashing in on the blind box concept, you never knew what you would get!
Extra fun!
But then…reality struck.
Called the Kodak Charmera, only they were sold out, and 3 rounds of pre-orders were also gone!
My order cart at BH kept asking if I wanted to delete.
Nope.
It is now scheduled to be delivered Dec. 2nd, and I ordered in Sept.!

the Kodak Charmera is a unique retro-styled digital key chain camera inspired by the Fling—Kodak’s first-ever single-use camera from 1987. The Kodak Charmera is a modern-day reimagining of this retro photography experience. Available as a blind box with one of seven collectible designs, which camera you’ve received is a mystery until you open it.
Packed inside the exceptionally tiny camera body is a 1.6MP 1/4″ CMOS sensor which can create 1440 x 1080 stills and video. The 35mm equivalent f/2.4 lens has a wide-angle view that is perfect for street and everyday shooting. Video is captured at 30 fps.
The camera has a microSD card slot for storing tons of lo-fi imagery, and your photos can be easily transferred via the USB-C port and included cable. It also has a built-in rechargeable battery.
You do need to provide your own micro SD card.
So maybe Labubu’s won’t be the only thing hanging on backpacks!
